What this site is
Parramatta Bathroom Renovations connects owners of apartments and houses across Parramatta with a licensed builder. You send the details of your room, a measure is arranged, and you receive a written quote from the business that would carry out the work.
We are not the builder ourselves. That is worth saying plainly, because many sites in this industry are set up the same way and are less direct about it.
Who does the work
Renovation work is carried out in partnership with Coastal Renovation Group, a licensed NSW builder.
We provide the licence number and certificate of insurance on the discovery call, or whenever you ask — strata managers usually need them for approval anyway, so you will have them before approval is sought. You can check the licence on the NSW Fair Trading register in about thirty seconds.
What we will not claim
This is a new site with no trading history, so there are no reviews to show. We have not invented a star rating, written testimonials, or put a project count on the homepage.
We also will not quote over the phone. In an apartment, the building's by-laws, access, slab and waste arrangement all affect the price, and none of that can be judged without visiting.
Why the focus on apartments
Because most of the bathrooms in and around Parramatta are inside strata buildings, and most renovation advice is written for houses.
An apartment bathroom renovation involves owners corporation approval, by-laws, lift bookings, slabs that cannot be drilled, neighbours below, and — in newer buildings — the possibility that the problem is a defect covered by warranty rather than something the owner should pay to fix.
Knowing that leads to better advice: start the approval first, design around the existing wastes, specify the waterproofing carefully, and tell an owner with a leaking two-year-old bathroom to call the strata manager before calling anyone else.
How a job runs
A measure, then an itemised written quote and the approval documents, then the general meeting, then selections locked and materials ordered, then three to four weeks on site. Under the NSW Home Building Act, the deposit on a contract over $20,000 is capped at five per cent.
The process page has the detail and the cost page has the 2026 bands.
